- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex IT problems
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance technical knowledge
- Support cybersecurity best practices across all user devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly through hands-on training
- Comfortable working with provided diagnostic tools and software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
