Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1 support for desktop/laptop issues
- Document IT procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate on network security initiatives
- Assist with cloud infrastructure management

- Complete weekly training modules and certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems

- Valid driver's license for site visits
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
