Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, network connectivity, and peripheral devices
- Assist in deploying and maintaining company IT infrastructure including servers and workstations
- Create and update technical documentation for troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system implementations
- Participate in security awareness training and incident response drills
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
