Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data backup systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (after training completion)
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain during training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
