Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote support tools
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Assist with cloud service administration (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation for internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on security patching and compliance protocols
- Provide end-user training and troubleshooting for company systems
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- Relevant internship or helpdesk experience preferred
