Responsibilities
- Execute user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and lead design critique sessions
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and measurable impact on user engagement
