Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory administration
- Deploy and configure cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS)
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on security protocols and compliance
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service aptitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows OS
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Eligibility to work in the United States
