Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance across 200+ workstations
- Provide tier-1 support for user tickets via helpdesk system (ServiceNow)
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Participate in network monitoring and security awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and migrations
- Conduct end-user training sessions for new software deployments
- Support office IT infrastructure including printers, AV systems, and mobile devices
- Complete weekly technical skill assessments and certification prep
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing IT certifications (A+, CompTIA Network+)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in a dynamic office environment
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment transport)
- Availability for on-call rotation (1 weekend per month)
- Pass background check and drug screening
