Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design requirements and solutions
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs in Figma/Adobe XD with consistent design systems
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures
- Conduct A/B tests and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and style guides
- Mentor junior designers during in-person collaboration sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and measurable impact
