Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect UI designs
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across 20+ digital products
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research methodology and design systems
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
