Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems across 200+ workstations
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, chat, and in-person assistance
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow and JIRA ticketing systems
- Collaborate on network security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Participate in Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure deployments
- Execute desktop imaging, OS migrations, and asset inventory management
- Shadow senior engineers during critical system upgrades
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware/software issues
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional client site visits
