Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Document and resolve user tickets using ITSM platforms
- Assist with Windows/macOS deployment and configuration
- Participate in network monitoring and basic security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Conduct IT asset inventory and maintenance
- Complete weekly training modules and certification milestones
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
- Flexible availability for occasional after-hours support
