Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Deploy and configure new workstations using provided equipment
- Document IT processes and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior team on network security initiatives
- Manage user access permissions and account lifecycle
- Support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) troubleshooting
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must relocate to St. Petersburg area by start date
- 0-2 years IT experience acceptable
