Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide Tier 1 support for network connectivity and security protocols
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist in system deployments and asset management cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Implement cybersecurity best practices for endpoint protection
- Train end-users on new technology deployments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Active Directory
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
