Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP/Azure cloud architectures with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize cloud costs through FinOps best practices and resource allocation
- Lead security compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO 27001) in cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Develop disaster recovery strategies and incident response protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP/Azure certifications
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong Python/Go scripting skills for automation
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of migrating on-premise systems to cloud
