Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues across organization
- Assist with network administration and system monitoring
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Manage user account administration and access controls
- Support IT asset inventory and lifecycle management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 20lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for occasional site visits)
