Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Design user flows, information architectures, and interaction models that enhance usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and technical requirements are met.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and component library.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members effectively.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
- A strong, online portfolio showcasing a variety of UX projects and processes.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and responsive web design principles.
