Responsibilities
- Participate in structured IT training modules covering Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Assist users with hardware/software troubleshooting via ticketing systems and remote support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop equipment and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Learn and implement ITIL best practices for incident management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Complete vendor certification training (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
