Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover deep insights into user behaviors and needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and design tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define product vision, strategy, and design requirements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and iteration, advocating for the user's perspective.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project delivery.
- Proficiency in Figma with the ability to handle complex component libraries and design systems.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication and collaboration.
