- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex tickets
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ preferred)
- Basic understanding of OS troubleshooting (Windows/macOS)
- Customer service orientation with strong communication
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for site visits
