Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and peripherals

- Document technical issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
