Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to uncover business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders

- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) preferred
