Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory security protocols.
- Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new software deployments and system upgrades.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and hardware inventory accurately.
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to support a hybrid work model and occasional evening/weekend support rotations.
