Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Manage network security protocols including VPN configurations and firewall maintenance
- Implement and maintain patch management systems for enterprise environments
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and licensing
- Support disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SCCM deployments
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD and Intune MDM solutions
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts (1:4 rotation)
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
