Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Configure, deploy, and manage Windows and macOS workstations.
- Assist with hardware procurement, setup, and end-of-life disposal.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the security team to enforce IT policies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience (1-3 years).
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs for server room maintenance.
