Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and troubleshoot user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory environments.
- Perform regular system backups, patch management, and ensure data integrity.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot peripherals including printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the network team to resolve connectivity issues and optimize network performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in IT Support or Help Desk.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, and VPN configurations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment and stand for extended periods.
