Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across 500+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop configurations via SCCM and Intune
- Document all IT processes and maintain accurate service desk ticket records in Jira
- Collaborate with security team on endpoint protection and compliance initiatives
- Train employees on cybersecurity best practices and new technology adoption
- Support AV equipment setup and video conferencing systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device management
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk)
- Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting for automation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train non-technical staff
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
