Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals efficiently.
- Help Desk Operations: Provide Tier 2 support via phone, email, and our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Zendesk) to ensure 99% uptime for users.
- System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory to ensure secure and seamless access.
- Network Maintenance: Assist in maintaining local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi connectivity, and VPN configurations.
- Asset Management: Track IT inventory, perform hardware audits, and manage software licenses and updates.
- End-User Training: Conduct training sessions to educate staff on new software tools and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional IT Support or Help Desk experience.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Availability: Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to support critical infrastructure maintenance.
