Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees via phone, email, and in-person support.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, including laptops, printers, and peripherals, ensuring proper deployment and disposal.
- User Support: Provide comprehensive technical training and support for office software, security protocols, and collaboration tools.
- Network Maintenance: Monitor network performance, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Security Administration: Assist in the setup and management of user accounts, access controls, and endpoint security solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures to improve support efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and macOS, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional IT support or help desk experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Flexibility: Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak times or system upgrades.
