Responsibilities
- Tier 2/3 Support: Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets to ensure rapid resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security scans to maintain a secure IT environment.
- Hardware Deployment: Set up, configure, and deploy new workstations, laptops, and peripherals for employees.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist users in maximizing software productivity.
- Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues and assist in maintaining network stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience (Minimum 2 years of IT Support experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Networking: Solid understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, and basic network topology.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for system maintenance.
