Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile phones.
- Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Assist with IT project implementation and software deployments.
- Document technical procedures and maintain an accurate inventory of assets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
