- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market launch for 2026 strategic initiatives

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for future-facing products and services
- Build and lead diverse innovation teams across engineering, design, and business domains
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record launching market-defining products in tech or advanced industries
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Business
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
