- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen tech solutions
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong background in sustainability and circular economy principles
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA/MS/MEng preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation in fast-paced environments
- Certification in future studies or innovation management a plus
