Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to drive design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect UI designs
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries for scalability
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers and champion accessibility best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user journeys
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred
