Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive UI designs with attention to visual hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive layouts
- Develop design systems and maintain design consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve design experiences
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
- Understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience with Agile development processes and design collaboration tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
