Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and scripts to identify software defects
- Document, track, and verify bug fixes using JIRA and similar tools
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve quality issues
- Perform regression, functional, and usability testing across web/mobile platforms
- Automate test cases using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Maintain detailed test documentation and release reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on QA/testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes
- Experience testing responsive web applications and mobile apps
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
