Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems including Windows/Linux environments
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and cloud services
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Windows OS and basic networking concepts
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible shifts
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
