Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems across enterprise environments
- Troubleshoot network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Implement cybersecurity best practices for endpoint protection
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification (preferred)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory
