- Design and execute automated test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for web applications
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and maintain detailed test documentation
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to engineering leadership
- Mentor QA team members on best practices and emerging testing technologies
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and improve product quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing with 3+ years in automation
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or ISTQB certification a plus
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing techniques
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional testing initiatives
