Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and databases to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Transform complex datasets into clear, intuitive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Generate regular performance reports for executive leadership to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying and optimization) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data mining techniques.
