Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and drive the technical vision and product roadmap specifically for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architecture Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, microservices-based architectures capable of handling millions of transactions per second.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of advanced Machine Learning models to automate complex decision-making processes across all departments.
- Talent Development: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison for executive leadership, translating complex engineering concepts into clear business strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and data science teams to ensure seamless execution of the 2026 product suite.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with extensive experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
