Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum algorithms, AI ethics frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints to validate futuristic concepts through rapid prototyping
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI in emerging markets
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer next-gen research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/blockchain solutions at scale
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, technology forecasting)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within global tech research communities
- Experience securing multi-million R&D budgets and managing innovation pipelines
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., Google AI, IBM Quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
