Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with strategic potential
- Develop predictive market models and scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Present technology strategy insights to executive leadership and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent Innovatech at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry publications
