Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of industry experts and academic partners
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology frameworks
- Oversee technology roadmapping for product development and customer experience
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic technologies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling technology operations in high-growth environments
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
