Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech impacts
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers and designers
- Advise on ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation fields
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Advanced degree in relevant technical or strategic field
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technology-to-market transformations
