Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with long-term market disruption
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including neural interfaces
- Drive R&D partnerships with global academic institutions and government labs
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders through immersive storytelling
- Monitor horizon scanning reports to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, synthetic biology, quantum computing
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent formal training
