Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Author thought leadership whitepapers and present findings to executive leadership
- Design innovation pipelines to capture and prototype disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future trends into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in technology forecasting (AI, IoT, or biotech preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFSP, CPSI)
