Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce actionable scenario plans for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports for executive stakeholders
- Identify and map emerging business models across global markets
- Build relationships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Champion organizational change initiatives based on future projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend mapping
