Responsibilities

- Author executive briefings and thought leadership content on future-facing trends
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Establish horizon scanning protocols and maintain trend intelligence databases
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio published in foresight journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies (e.g., from futurist.org)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research databases
