Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of climate-tech convergence points
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Track record of launching future-oriented initiatives
- Certification in Innovation Management (preferred)
